The Cajun Table: Authentic Cajun & Creole Seafood Experience in Lafayette

It was delicious, but after eating half I started wishing that there wasn't so much cheese so I couldn't finish the grits but ate the shrimp. Everything else on the other dish was superb. Nice spot overall. Got some crackling for starters that was different but unique.

If I could rate this place more stars I would. Our server, Maurianna made our first time in Louisiana a trip to remember. Her service was excellent, and the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. We had alligator bites, which had a fantastic batter with a pleasant kick of spice. The meat was tender and flavorful. Next, we had sausage and chicken gumbo. The chicken melted in your mouth with its tenderness, and the sausage exploded with a rich smokiness that left you wanting more. The crawfish boil stole the show!! Just the right amount of spiciness to make your nose run! I have never had a crawfish boil and this has me wishing Cincinnati had cajun restaurants like this. If I’m ever back in the area I will 1000000% come back here. Can’t say enough about how great the vibes were, the service and the FOOD!!!!!

It was our first time. We really loved everything. Authentic and original. The food was amazing and the service super friendly. We will be back. Thank you for the amazing time. PS: So far the best Gumbo that I ever had.

Nothing was really calling out to me on the menu. My husband said his wrap was good. I got the burger salad. The patties were good. 3 of us got the burger salad, and all three of us said the eggs were cooked too long and rubbery. I prefer my fries a little more crispy, but that is just a preference. All and all the food was good and the service was great.

We visited during a trip with Cajun Food Tours. This place offers up the best gator bites we've had yet!! We also sampled the crawfish nachos with candied jalapeños! So mouthwatering delicious!! Can't wait to try more from the menu!!

My family and I stopped here for supper and we were very impressed with the food! Being cajun this place was spot on with the atmosphere and food. The service was also 5 stars. Check out their seasoning also! Very good and we will be eating there often!

Nicky/Nikki was awesome! Great service. They don’t serve crawfish until 4 PM, and it would’ve been nice to have that noted on the menu. The food was fresh and well cooked, the décor was cozy, and overall we had a great time, just really bummed about the crawfish.

This was a nice little place to come for lunch. We got there right when they opened at 11am on a Saturday. They don’t start boiling crawfish until 4pm though, which was a bummer. We don’t live in Lafayette and that’s primarily why we came here. They also don’t do boiled shrimp during crawfish season. I would recommend calling first. Maybe it’s different during the week. My son and I both had the catfish. The food and service were both very good and we’ll come back again.
